Terms of Service

Last updated: 3/31/2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or requesting any service from Kabloz, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not accept these terms, you should not use the website or proceed with project work.

2. Scope of Services

Services may include vSRO development, server setup, custom systems, bug fixing, optimization, database work, technical consulting, and launch support.

3. Project Agreements

Each paid project may require a separate agreement or written confirmation that defines scope, timeline, delivery method, revision flow, and payment terms.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate requirements and the needed technical context.
  • Changes to scope may affect price, delivery date, or support coverage.
  • Delivery timelines depend on communication speed, project complexity, and external dependencies.

4. Client Responsibilities

To keep work moving smoothly, the client is expected to cooperate clearly and on time.

  • Provide correct project details, assets, and access where needed.
  • Review previews, milestones, or delivered work within a reasonable time.
  • Keep backups of important project files, server data, and credentials.

5. Payments

Pricing, milestones, deposits, and final balances are agreed before or during the project.

  • Work may begin only after the required payment or deposit is received.
  • Late payments may delay delivery or pause support.
  • Additional tasks outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed deliverables for the specific project unless another written arrangement exists.

Pre-existing tools, reusable workflows, internal methods, and general know-how remain the property of Kabloz unless explicitly transferred.

7. Support and Revisions

Reasonable revisions or fixes may be provided according to the agreed scope and support window.

  • Support applies to the delivered scope, not to unrelated future changes.
  • Requests for new features or redesigns may require a new quote.
  • Third-party edits or server changes made after delivery can affect support eligibility.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use the website or service in a way that is illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to other parties.

  • No impersonation, payment abuse, or misleading project claims.
  • No request to misuse other people’s intellectual property beyond what is legally allowed.
  • No attempt to reverse engineer or extract private internal workflows from the site itself.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kabloz is not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, hosting failures, third-party platform issues, or losses caused by client-side misuse or unauthorized changes.

Maximum liability, where legally applicable, is limited to the amount paid for the specific affected service.

10. Termination and Contact

Either side may stop or refuse work if project requirements are misrepresented, payments are not made, or communication becomes unreasonably blocked.

If you need clarification about these terms, you can contact Kabloz directly through the channels listed below.
