Welcome to Kabloz™. By accessing and using this website or engaging our vSRO (Silkroad private server) development services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Kabloz™ provides professional vSRO (Silkroad Online private server) development services, including but not limited to:

- Server-side and client-side modifications
- API development and integration

- Technical consultation and support
All services are provided subject to separate service agreements, project specifications, and mutually agreed-upon terms for each individual project.
3. Use License and Website Access
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Kabloz™'s website for personal, non-commercial viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the website materials or content
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose without written permission
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or code
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notations
- Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server
4. Intellectual Property and Project Ownership
Website Content: The website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kabloz™ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Project Deliverables: Unless otherwise specified in a separate service agreement:
- Custom code, databases, and systems developed specifically for your vSRO server project belong to you upon full payment
- Pre-existing code libraries, frameworks, and tools remain the property of their respective owners
- Kabloz™ retains the right to use general knowledge and experience gained from projects for future work
- You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of code that was not custom-developed for your specific project
5. Service Agreements and Project Terms
When engaging our vSRO development services:
- Each project requires a separate service agreement outlining scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms
- You must provide accurate project requirements, server specifications, and access credentials as needed
- Payment terms, milestones, and delivery schedules will be specified in individual project agreements
- Changes to project scope may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments
- You are responsible for maintaining backups of your server data and project files

- Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements
- Payments are typically required in advance or according to agreed milestones
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing
- Additional work beyond the original scope will be billed separately
- Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services

7. Prohibited Uses and Activities
You may not use our website or services:
- In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
- To request development of illegal content, hacks, cheats, or tools that violate game terms of service
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Kabloz™, employees, or other clients
- To infringe upon intellectual property rights of others, including game developers and publishers
- To transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
- To engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresent project requirements
- To resell or redistribute our services without authorization
8. Service Warranty and Support
Service Quality: We strive to provide high-quality vSRO development services. However:
- Services are provided "as is" based on your specifications and requirements
- We provide support for delivered work as specified in individual project agreements
- Bug fixes and corrections are typically included within the project scope or warranty period
- Additional features or modifications beyond the original scope may incur additional charges
- We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party software, server configurations, or client-side modifications
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kabloz™ shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Server downtime, data loss, or issues arising from server hosting or third-party services
- Damages resulting from client modifications, misuse, or unauthorized changes to delivered work
- Issues arising from compatibility problems with other software or systems
Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project in question.
10. Confidentiality
We understand the sensitive nature of private server development. We agree to maintain confidentiality of your project details, server configurations, and proprietary information. However, you also agree not to disclose or share our development methods, proprietary code libraries, or trade secrets with third parties.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement:
- With written notice as specified in the project agreement
- Immediately in case of breach of terms or illegal activities
- Upon completion and delivery of all project deliverables
Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of completed work and delivered deliverables. Unpaid work may be retained until payment is received.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
13. Revisions to Terms
Kabloz™ reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify clients of material changes via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For active projects, the terms in effect at the time of project agreement will apply.
