1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all vSRO (Silkroad private server) development services provided by Kabloz™. By purchasing or commissioning any service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

2. No Refunds After Completion

Once a service (or an agreed milestone) is completed and delivered, no refunds will be provided. Completed work includes delivered source files, database changes, systems/features, fixes, optimizations, documentation, or any other deliverables agreed for the project.

3. Deposits and Prepayments

Deposits and prepayments reserve development time and cover planning, analysis, setup, and initial implementation. Therefore:

  • Deposits and prepayments are generally non-refundable.
  • If you cancel a project after work has started, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to that point.

4. Partial Refunds (Before Completion)

A partial refund may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The service has not been completed or delivered.
  • You submit a written request explaining the reason for the refund.
  • We can confirm the remaining work has not been performed.

Any approved partial refund will be calculated based on the remaining, unfinished portion of the work. Time spent, planning, consultation, fixes already delivered, and completed milestones are not refundable.

5. Revisions and Fixes

If you report an issue with delivered work, we will review it and, if it is within the agreed scope, we will provide reasonable fixes or adjustments. Refunds are not a substitute for support or revisions within the agreed scope.

6. Chargebacks

Attempting a chargeback after completion of work or delivery of files/services is a violation of this policy. If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to suspend support and terminate any ongoing work until the dispute is resolved.

7. PayPal Payments and Refunds

If you paid via PayPal, any approved refund will be processed through PayPal and returned to the same PayPal account or the original payment method, in accordance with PayPal’s policies.

No Refunds After Completion: Due to the nature of digital and custom development services, refunds are not available once the work has been completed, delivered, or approved by the client. Completion is defined as the delivery of the agreed-upon service, source code, or final implementation.

Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be considered only if the work has not been completed, and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the project stage.

  • Processing time: Refund timing depends on PayPal and your payment method (bank/card), and may take several business days.
  • Fees: If PayPal or payment processor fees are non-refundable to us, the refund amount may be reduced accordingly, where permitted.
  • Disputes: If a PayPal dispute or claim is opened, support and any ongoing work may be paused until the dispute is fully resolved.
