Refund Policy

Last updated: 3/31/2026

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to custom vSRO development services, consulting, fixes, launch work, and any other paid technical service offered by Kabloz.

By paying for a service, you acknowledge and accept the refund conditions below.

2. No Refunds After Completed Delivery

Once agreed work or a confirmed milestone has been completed and delivered, it is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund.

Completed delivery may include source files, code changes, database work, configurations, systems, fixes, documentation, or direct implementation on your server.

3. Deposits and Prepayments

Deposits reserve time, planning effort, and project allocation. Because of that, deposits and prepayments are generally non-refundable.

  • If work has already started, payment is due for the part that has been completed.
  • Cancellation after planning or implementation begins does not guarantee any refund.

4. Partial Refunds Before Completion

A partial refund may be considered only when the project has not been fully delivered and the unfinished portion is clearly identifiable.

  • A written request explaining the reason must be submitted.
  • Only the undelivered portion of the work may be considered.
  • Time already spent on planning, communication, implementation, and fixes is not refundable.

5. Revisions and Fixes

Refunds are not a replacement for support within the agreed scope.

If delivered work includes an issue that falls inside the agreed scope, reasonable fixes or adjustments may be provided instead of a refund.

6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Opening a payment dispute or chargeback after delivery is considered a policy violation when the work has already been completed or provided.

In such cases, support may be paused and ongoing work may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.

7. PayPal and Payment Processing

If a refund is approved, it is returned through the same payment channel whenever possible and may be subject to processor rules.

  • Refund timing depends on the payment provider, card issuer, or bank.
  • Non-refundable processor fees may be deducted where allowed.
  • Open disputes may delay both refunds and project communication.
